AIM is linked to your property management/strata management system and receives system data regularly, usually each night.
AIM obtains the following data from your property management/strata management system. You can't alter system data in AIM. Any changes to data should be made in your property management/strata management system. Changes will show in AIM after the next sync.
- Suppliers - Straight through processing (STP) rules for your suppliers are set here
- Properties - Approvers for each indiviual property are set here
- GL Codes (chart of accounts codes) - Groups are set here
- Work orders - Straight through processing (STP) rules for work orders are set here
- Schedule – schedule information is synced if your strata management system has this information
- GL Code defaults - you can set default GL codes for specified supplier/property combinations here
- Approver Roles - Role names can be edited here. For example, Property Manager or Strata Manager
